Ingredients

Yields 4-5 servings

1 large can tomato soup

2 packs imitation crab meat

2 pints Willapoint (or your favorite medium) shucked oysters

2 cups of fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 bags of small scallops

1 cup chopped onions

1 cup chopped tomatoes

1/4 stick butter

Old Bay Seasoning

Salt

Pepper

Garlic powder

Sugar

In a large pot, melt the butter over medium high heat until melted.

Rinse the oysters, drain and add to the pot. After about 3 minutes the oysters will begin curling.

Next add the crab meat, making sure to break it apart. Then, add the shrimp, scallops, onions and tomatoes.

Cook for 1-2 minutes stirring occasionally, then add the tomato soup and water according to the package directions. Next add the remaining ingredients to satisfy your taste.

I do not use exact measurements but these ingredients are what I include. Serve in a large bowl with oyster crackers or toasted bread.

This is a dish that my mom and I enjoy making when the cold winter months approach. It is a seafood stew that is sure to fill your tummy and curb your appetite.
