Grapefruit Seafood Cocktail

Serves 6.

Chili sauce dressing

½ cup chili sauce

1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

1 teaspoon instant minced onion

½ teaspoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/6 teaspoon salt

 

Seafood salad

1 grapefruit, pared and sectioned

1 can (7-1/2ounces) crabmeat, drained and cartilage removed

1 cup cleaned cooked shrimp

1/3 cup chopped green pepper

Bibb or leaf lettuce.

 

Stir together chili sauce, mayonnaise, onion, sugar, Worcestershire sauce and salt.

Cut grapefruit sections into bite-sized pieces and drain off juice. Combine grapefruit, crab, shrimp and green pepper: Toss and arrange seafood mixture in lettuce-lined shells or in a decorative parfait or other glass.

Chill thoroughly. Just before serving top with chili sauce dressing.
